Classes
run January 8 - March 3, 2012 (8 weeks)
ELEMENTARY EXPLORERS CLASS SERIES
GRADES K-2
Even though they
are getting older, children need to stretch
their imaginations. Did you know that between
the ages of 6 and 8 your child‘s physical,
social and mental skills are developing at a
wildfire pace? Our classes are designed to cultivate
this stage of the childhood experience: The
ever-strengthening sense of self, and community.
We will also get in some good practice at developing
those cooperation and listening skills. They
build all of this while also experiencing environmental
and process drama!
All classes will culminate in a sharing of our
favorite scenes reenacted the final day of classes
for friends and family.

Acting the Song 1.0*
Musical Theatre requires that you sing and
act at the same time. Students will work
on combining acting and singing to show
themselves off at an audition in the best
possible light. In addition, the instructor
will make sure all of the students have
a great ballad and up-tempo song in 16 bar
versions, so that they are prepared and
ready for an audition when needed.
