Fall class make-up day will be Saturday, November 20th as arranged by instructor.


ELEMENTARY EXPLORERS CLASS SERIES:

Even though they are getting older, children need to stretch their imaginations. Did you know that between the ages of 6 and 8 your child‘s physical, social and mental skills are developing at a wildfire pace? Our Advanced PlayLabs are designed to cultivate this stage of the childhood experience: The ever-strengthening sense of self, and community. We will also get in some good practice at developing those cooperation and listening skills. They build all of this while also experiencing environmental and process drama!

All classes will culminate in a sharing of our favorite scenes reenacted the final day of classes for friends and family.

Fall Musical Theatre Workshop: Sleeping Beauty
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4pm-6pm
Ages 8 and up
$500 per child
Can true love's kiss awaken Sleeping Beauty from the wicked queen's spell? With help from her three fairy godmothers, a handsome prince and Adventure Theatre, she just might wake up! Be a part of this endearing tale complete with romance, danger and adventure for our Fall Musical Theatre Workshop.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Every enrolled child will receive a speaking and/or singing role in the production, however role distribution is at sole discretion of the Director. Tuition cost includes 4 tickets for the final performance date: October 29th at 7 pm.*

Acting One-OH-One
Mondays 4pm-5pm
Ages 6-8

$250 per child
Take a journey through the process of acting in a theatrical production. A professional Teaching Artist and Director will guide participants using creative drama techniques through the basics of acting, improvisation and character development which culminates with a one-act play presentation for family and friends.*
IMPORTANT NOTE: Every enrolled child will receive a role in the production; however role distribution is at sole discretion of the Director.*

LightSaber Adventures I
Wednesdays 4pm-5pm or Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:15pm
Ages 6-8

$300 per child
Bring your young Jedis to Adventure Theatre’s one-of-a-kind stage combat workshop. Join professional stage combat instructor and Jedi Master as he or she instructs our Younglings in the ways of the Force. From simple tasks to challenging missions, Master will guide apprentices so that they may learn such important skills as awareness of one’s surroundings, cooperation in crisis and respect for one’s self and for others equally.This class will teach lessons in safety, focus, spatial awareness, teamwork and self-discipline all within a safe framework of basic stage combat movement.*
IMPORTANT NOTE: All students will be expected to adhere to specific classroom safety guidelines.

* This class is planned with a rotating curriculum so returning students will continue to be challenged.
