We here at Adventure Theatre
love having kids around us all the time, which
is probably why we are the oldest children’s
theater in the D.C. Metropolitan area. Help us
to help you by dropping the little ones off to
participate alongside our qualified and professional
party hosts for a Manny and Olga's pizza dinner,
fun drama games, a movie and an all-around good
time while you and your partner get a much-needed
night out on the town, or enjoying a quiet evening
at home at a price that won’t hurt your
wallet! It’s a win-win for the entire family!

Plan for it...
THIRD SATURDAY of EVERY MONTH
from 6pm until 11 pm (Check our full schedule
for any variances from this rule) You CAN work
a little romance back into your life on a regular
basis, now that you’ve got Adventure Theatre
in your back pocket and 4 hours to spend however
you wish! PLEASE BE ADVISED: Date night! Registration
closes at 4 pm the Friday before the event. No
walk-ups or late registrations are available,
so make sure to register early!
Price it...
Enroll one child for $25 dollars.
Each additional sibling is only $10 more.*
Adventure Theatre accepts enrollment
of children grades K-5 for our Date Night! Program.
All participating children must be fully potty-trained
and be acquainted with a full-time school schedule
to be eligible to participate.
We will even set up a quiet
room for the ones whose adrenaline will give out
before 11 – just have them bring along a
sleeping bag and a pillow!

We do have some Rules…
1. You must remember
to retrieve your younger family members no later
than 11 pm. Adventure Theatre will reserve the
right to charge late retrievals at a rate of $2
per minute past 11:05 pm.
2. Your children will partake in a dining experience
of pizza and juice or soda at 6:30 pm. Any late
comers are welcome, but will miss out on or be
relegated to leftovers of this cuisine offering.
Dietary concerns/allergies should be communicated
to us; however we ask that any variance from this
menu be accommodated by the parents.
3. All movies shown by Adventure Theatre will
be G rated. No exceptions.
4. All participants will be expected to adhere
to our Safety and Etiquette Expectations, which
are defined in the Class
Policies section of our website. Parents whose
children who are continuously affecting the overall
harmony of the group or are just too upset to
be without Mom and Dad will be asked to return
to the theatre early for pick-up.
5. If you wish to cancel, you must notify the
Theatre in writing at least 2 (two) working days
prior to the Workshop in order to receive a tuition
refund minus the $5 registration fee. We do not
offer refunds on the day of the event for any
reason, including illness of a child. Should your
child become ill on the day of an event, please
keep them home and contact Kathryn Hnatio, Education
Director at 301-634-2268. She may be able to assist
in crediting your tuition amount towards the next
Workshop date.
Please note: Effective
July 1, 2010
In the event of a child’s illness or an
unexpected change in plans, Adventure Theatre
will do its best to accommodate initial requests
to move a student to a subsequent session or event
based on availability at no additional cost to
you. If further changes are needed, a $5 dollar
fee for each additional change will apply.
